General Outline
Anatomy and physiology relevant to liposuction.
- Patient selection and markings.
- Pre- and post-operative care.

- Fat harvesting and transfer using PRP.
- Avoiding and managing complications.
Detailed Course Syllabus
Participants will:
- Understand the history, principles, and benefits of liposuction.
- Learn to prepare and equip a liposuction suite for optimal efficiency.
- Evaluate patients to determine their suitability for the procedure.
- Practice marking patients for precise surgical planning.
- Master infiltration techniques, including the Tumescent Technique.
- Perform fat harvesting and transfer for facial and body contouring.
- Manage marketing, business development, and patient relations.
- Gain proficiency in power-assisted, ultrasound-assisted, and laser-based liposuction.

Dr. Dwight C. Reynolds, MD, FACEP, AACS – Course Director
Dr. Reynolds is a globally recognized expert in cosmetic surgery with over two decades of experience training physicians in liposuction and body sculpting techniques. With certifications from leading authorities such as Dr. Patrick Lillis and memberships in prestigious organizations like the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, Dr. Reynolds combines technical mastery with a commitment to advancing the field.
Over the past 25+ years, he has trained hundreds of physicians and has given workshops in 8 different countries. Lifetime to date, he has performed thousands of cosmetic procedures including over 5,000 Suture Suspension lift procedures.
Dr. Robert R. Miles, DO – Clinical Instructor
A seasoned osteopath and cosmetic surgery specialist, Dr. Miles brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to the program. His distinguished career includes serving as a Flight Surgeon in the United States Air Force where he worked as the personal surgeon to many VIPs including the Secretaries of Defense and State, Joint Chiefs, Attorney General, and Presidents Ronald Regan and George H.W. Bush.
Dr. Miles went on to work as an Emergency Physician for almost a decade before moving into Family Practice at Miles Medical Center and serving as Chief of Family Practice at Northside Hospital and Tampa Bay Heart Institute. In 2008, he dove into Cosmetic Surgery, training in liposuction under Dr. Dwight C. Reynolds.

- Focus: Power-assisted liposuction (up to 8 procedures).
